This means that if you have taken out an AXA policy regarding theft/loss or accidental damage, we will be appointed to take you through the claims process from arranging nationwide next-day collection to the delivery of your repaired or replaced device and beyond. Our experienced and friendly customer service team will always be happy to answer any questions you have along the way. We continue to support claims for all of our existing clients to the highest standard and we are pleased to be in the position to accommodate more claims following recent expansion.
